Recently, my friends and I blogged about paranormal romances (on Halloween to be exact). 

I mentioned being overwhelmed and way too far behind on a number of series by authors.  Ms. Ivy was one of those authors (the prior Guardians of Eternity series) I got a behind on. Not because I wanted too (the books are excellent) though. In fact, after LOVING Born in Blood I'm making it a point to go and catch up on her Guardians books. 

Now when I heard about her new Sentinels books, I was excited that she was kicking off a new series.  And trust me when I say there will be NO getting behind in these books!

Born in Blood was the perfect type of paranormal (although I didn't care for the term freaks). It was fast paced, dark and sexy with characters that were well written. 

The romance and chemistry between (more than one set) the characters is believable and I can't wait for more books in this fresh and exciting series.
