DONE IN ORANGE
THIS WEEK IN RED
Cadence City matchmaker and para-resonator Celinda Ingram meets her match in security specialist Davis Oakes. On the hunt for the powerful relic that Celinda supposedly bought as a toy for her pet dust bunny, Davis must use all of his unique psychic abilities to try and wrest the ruby red object from the suspicious duo, keep his desire for Celinda in check-and keep them all safe from those who will do anything to possess the relic.
I admit that I missed some of the books in this series, especially the early ones. I have them all and did read a few of the more recent ones but stopped awhile back, thinking some day I'd go back and read them all in order.
I'm in love with these books and I'm kicking myself for having not kept up.
Ms Castle (who is also Amanda Quick and Jayne Ann Krentz if you didn't know) knows how to entertain!
There are a few weddings in this book of which include some of my favorite parts of this book. I was even laughing out loud, I mean really loud, which caused my husband to ask what was so funny.
Dust bunnies of course if you are familiar with Ms Castle and if not you need to be!
Well written and witty with plenty heat and action are words that fit this novel. Heck all of them really. Again Ms Castle knows how to entertain.
Celinda and Davis are perfect for each other. As with all of Ms Castle's characters, they are well developed. What I like so much about her books (present here to in Silver Master) is often the men are a bit clueless so to speak, and the women are the wiser. She puts a spin so to stay on gender roles/relationships - I hope what I'm trying to say makes sense?
I'd love to her your thoughts about this book or your favorite Castle title(s).
And don't forget to visit Romancing the Readers (click the name) to see her challenge pick.
