Holiday - reading challenge

carpe librum

seize the book

Thanks for stopping by for BCT (Book Club Thursday). My name is Cyn and each week myself and by BFF Ann@ Romancing the Readers blog about book related themes.
Today is:
normally we would be picking a book from our challenge list, but this being the last "challenge" of 2019 and so close to the Holidays, RTR and myself decided it needed to be a "Holiday" book.

my challenge pick

Christmas is Hollie Winslow’s favorite holiday. But as a realtor, she has to work when the clients need her, even during the holidays.

Bah Humbug should have been Noel Hawksley’s name, but Noel doesn’t look anything like a grinch. Devastatingly gorgeous in a menacing sort of way, he demands his own way and expects to get it.

If Hollie can’t find him a house immediately, he’s likely to commit murder most jolly. And if she has to continue house hunting with him, she is likely to commit something most folly . . .

i have the original Harlequin Love&Laughter edition of this book with it's cute cover but i couldn't find a clear copy pix to post...ah well

it really is a CUTE Holiday book.  it's really light and funny, especially the extras with Santa, Mrs. Claus and Reindeer LOL

although i felt some plot points were not developed enough/resolved my enjoyment of this book was not affected.

don't forget
12/16/19

wrap up 2019
looking ahead 2020

to see RTR's challenge

  1. This sounds like a fun read. Not sure how I feel about the cover though.
